Pareto Chart Pro is a Power BI custom visual developed and published by TCViz (Tino Callarisa). It is distributed through Microsoft AppSource. For privacy-related questions contact us at support@tcviz.com.
The visual receives the entity names and numeric values you assign to its field wells inside Power BI. This data is used solely to render the chart on screen. It is never read, stored, transmitted, or logged by TCViz.
Your formatting preferences (colors, bin size, reference line thresholds, etc.) are stored by Power BI as part of your report file (.pbix) on your own storage — OneDrive, SharePoint, or Power BI Service. TCViz has no access to these settings.
The visual uses the official Microsoft IVisualLicenseManager API to verify whether your account has an active Pro license. This call goes to Microsoft's licensing infrastructure — not to any TCViz server. TCViz does not receive or store any data from this call.
TCViz does not collect any of the following through the visual:
The visual makes exactly one type of outbound call: the license validation request to Microsoft via IVisualLicenseManager. No other network requests are made. No data leaves the Power BI environment through this visual.
The visual is distributed through Microsoft AppSource and runs inside Microsoft Power BI. Microsoft's own privacy policies govern those platforms. Refer to privacy.microsoft.com for Microsoft's data practices.
License purchases and billing are handled entirely by Microsoft through the AppSource marketplace. TCViz does not process payment information or manage subscriptions.
Pareto Chart Pro is a professional business analytics tool. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the visual's functionality changes or regulations require it. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the visual after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
