A purpose-built 80/20 concentration chart for Microsoft Power BI. Rank any entity, group it into percentage bins, and read the cumulative line against the thresholds your decision actually depends on — without the sorted-column-plus-DAX workaround.
Add the visual, bind Entity and Value, and read your first chart. Four steps.

Entities are ranked from highest to lowest contribution, grouped into bins of a fixed percentage of the entity population, and drawn as descending bars. A cumulative percentage line climbs across them to 100%, and up to three reference lines mark the thresholds you care about — 80% by default.
Because the X axis is a share of entities rather than a list of names, the chart stays readable whether the model has 40 SKUs or 40,000. It supports cross-filtering, multi-select, highlight dimming, drilldown across a hierarchy, report and canvas tooltips, and high contrast mode.
It is certified by Microsoft, which means it runs with no external service calls and is available in organisations that restrict uncertified custom visuals.
