By downloading, installing, or using the Bar Chart with Variation % Power BI custom visual ("the Visual"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Visual.
The Visual is available in two tiers:
TCViz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Visual within Microsoft Power BI for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable tier limitations.
The Pro tier license is validated through the official Microsoft AppSource licensing system. One active AppSource subscription is required per user.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Visual; (b) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Visual; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices or watermarks within the Visual; (d) use the Visual in any way that violates applicable laws or Microsoft's Power BI terms of service.
The Visual, including all code, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of TCViz (Tino Callarisa). All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The Visual is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TCViz does not warrant that the Visual will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Visual.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
TCViz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Visual after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
