This Privacy Policy describes how the Bar Chart with Variation % Power BI custom visual ("the Visual"), developed by TCViz (Tino Callarisa), handles data. Your privacy is important to us.
The Visual does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or user information. All data processing happens entirely within your Power BI environment.
No analytics, telemetry, tracking scripts, or external service calls of any kind are made by this Visual.
The Visual only processes data explicitly provided through Power BI's standard data binding mechanism. This data is used exclusively to render the chart within the Power BI report, never stored outside your session, and never sent to any external server or third party.
The Visual does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other browser storage mechanism.
The Visual does not integrate with or call any third-party APIs or services. The only external dependency is the Microsoft IVisualLicenseManager API, which is part of the official Power BI platform and governed by Microsoft's own privacy policy.
Pro tier license validation is performed exclusively through the official Microsoft AppSource licensing API (IVisualLicenseManager). No license keys, user identifiers, or any other data are sent to TCViz servers.
This Visual is intended for business use within Power BI. It does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
