1. Acceptance

By installing or using Waterfall Advanced ("the Visual"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Visual.

2. License Tiers

TCViz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Visual within Microsoft Power BI in accordance with these terms and your AppSource subscription.

• Free tier: the complete bridge — totals, subtotals, drivers, connectors, both orientations, drilldown, the target line, conditional formatting, the colour-blind safe palette, hatched decreases, summary cards, cross-filtering, bookmarks, keyboard navigation and high contrast — with up to twelve individual drivers. Above twelve, the smallest drivers are grouped into a single "Others" bar so the bridge still closes on the same figure. No licence purchase required, and no watermark.
• Pro tier ($15/user/month): every driver shown individually, plus the data table, IBCS monochrome mode and the label density controls (category label angle, truncation and overlap handling). Requires an active subscription purchased through Microsoft AppSource.

3. Discontinued Features

Versions up to 1.0.8.0 included an AI executive narrative feature and a Finance tier. Both were removed in version 1.1.0.0 because the feature relied on calls to an external service, which a certified Power BI visual may not make. Neither the feature nor the Finance tier is offered or supported.

4. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Visual; (b) redistribute or resell the Visual; (c) use the Visual for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to circumvent license enforcement mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Visual, including all code and design, is the intellectual property of TCViz. All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Visual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TCViz does not warrant that the Visual will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Visual presents figures taken from your own data model and does not constitute financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Visual.

8. Changes to Terms

TCViz may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Visual after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
