1. Overview
KPI Card Pro ("the Visual") is a Power BI custom visual developed and published by TCViz. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Visual processes, how it processes it, and your rights regarding that data.
2. Data Collected
The Visual does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- No data is sent to external servers or third-party services.
- No telemetry, analytics, or usage metrics are gathered.
- No cookies or persistent identifiers are used.
- No network requests are made by the Visual during normal operation.
3. Data Processing
All data processing occurs exclusively within the Power BI runtime environment on the user's device or tenant. The Visual reads the data provided through its field wells (Value, Prior Period, Target, Category, Tooltips) solely for the purpose of rendering the visualization. This data never leaves the Power BI sandbox.
4. License Verification
To determine whether a user holds a Pro license, the Visual uses Microsoft's official
IVisualLicenseManager API provided by Power BI. This API communicates with Microsoft's
AppSource licensing infrastructure. TCViz does not receive or store any personal data as part of

5. Third-Party Services
The Visual does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services.
6. Children's Privacy
The Visual is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the Visual after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
