These Terms of Service govern your use of the Calendar Events Heatmap Power BI custom visual ("the Visual") published by TCViz ("we", "us") on Microsoft AppSource. By installing or using the Visual you agree to these terms.

1.1 Free Tier
The Free tier is included at no cost and provides core calendar and heatmap functionality. Free-tier restrictions are enforced automatically once any Pro trial period expires.
1.2 Pro Tier
The Pro plan ("calendar-tcviz") is purchased through Microsoft AppSource at $9.99/month per user. Pro features activate immediately on purchase. Billing and payment are managed entirely by Microsoft; TCViz does not store payment information.
1.3 Trial Period
New users receive a 30-day full Pro trial upon first installation. No payment information is required to start the trial. When the trial ends the Visual reverts to the Free tier automatically; no data is lost.
2. Intellectual Property
The Visual, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TCViz. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the Visual or its compiled output without explicit written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Visual within Power BI reports for personal, internal business, or commercial analytics purposes. You may not use the Visual to process data that would violate applicable law or the Microsoft Power BI Terms of Service.
4. Data and Privacy
The Visual processes data exclusively within the Power BI environment. No data is transmitted to external servers by the Visual itself. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Visual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TCViz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Visual.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Visual after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted in the Changelog.
