These Terms govern your use of the ChipSlicer Hierarchy Power BI custom visual published by TCViz on Microsoft AppSource. By installing or using the visual, you agree to these terms.
TCViz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the visual within Microsoft Power BI for your internal business intelligence purposes.
The visual is fully functional without a licence. A Pro licence unlocks the in-visual search and the value heatmap; everything else is available to every user.
Pro is activated through a valid Microsoft AppSource subscription for this visual. Licence status is resolved through the official Power BI licensing API; TCViz operates no licence server of its own and receives no data from your report.
You may use the visual in any number of reports within your organisation, subject to your AppSource subscription. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the visual, or attempt to bypass the licence check.
The visual processes your data entirely inside Power BI. It does not collect, store or transmit any personal information, and it makes no network requests to TCViz or to any third party. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The visual is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of the use of or inability to use the visual.
TCViz may update these Terms as the visual evolves. Material changes to what each tier includes will be reflected here and in the changelog before they take effect.
